Pops and my brother Denny came out for a nice visit to Alaska. It had been many years since "D" had been up to visit, and in that time he had grown from a kid into a grown man. It is scary because I was in college when he was born! Anyhoo, he wanted to get out and see some of what Alaska has to offer. He was not disappointed. For our first adventure, we went on an overnight backpacking trip to the uppermost Williwaw Lakes. We camped at the edge of this lake and despite the howling winds, it was a good campsite.
